On June 16, my dad raced in The Patriot Half Ironman Race! He did great! We were able to go and see his race and support him before we left on our trip to North Carolina. He got a time of 5hours, 43minutes, and 7seconds. He did great simming 1.2 miles, biking 56 miles, and running 13.1 miles. He did amazing!
