I tried this hairstyle and WOW! It's COOL! How you do it is once your hair is wet you need a lot of bobby pins and you take strands of your hair, twist it, and wrap around in swirls or around your hair. :)
After you take it our, it's REALLY curly!!! It's not as good as it looks in the picture......
this kind of reminds me of what I used to always do to your hair during General Conference. I should have pinned it up to make it stay better.
